Opinion: Expanding access to craft beer worth cheering

A few years ago, the previous provincial government signed a 10-year sweetheart deal that picked three multinational companies as winners while making Ontario taxpayers, consumers, and local craft brewers the losers. This deal restricts who can sell alcohol, where stores can be located, how beer is sold, and artificially restricts the growth of craft beer in Ontario.
