We use the finest ingredients we can find for our hoppy beers and lagers as we aim to make classic beer influenced by modern brewing techniques. All of our saisons, fruit beers, and spontaneous beers use almost exclusively Ontario-grown ingredients and focus on natural fermentation using cultures from the environment around us. Quality is the name of the game, so we’re always tweaking and trying to improve our process to make the best beer we can.
