Our story began in 2008, with a small location in downtown St. Thomas. We set out to start the brewery, entrenched in the history and folklore from years past. The idea was to create a brewery that honoured the history and heritage of our small industrial town.
Over the next 5 years, the craft brewing industry really started to take off and so did the production at the small brewery. The need for additional tanks and production equipment meant a new location was needed. In 2013 the brewery changed locations to its current location 130 Edward Street.
Our production facility features a 3 vessel 20HL brewhouse along with 8-40HL and 8-20HL fermentors, canning line, tap room and full retail store.
