In the west end of Toronto, deep in a basement, somewhere between the dryer and the furnace, Andrew McCready began brewing beer. The early beers were honed and honed. Then that beer entered homebrew contests and won a lot of prizes.
That’s no accident. Andrew is an audio engineer by trade. That means a ridiculous level of attention to detail goes into his work, and he applied that discipline into his brewing process. Soon, Andrew accrued enough delusional self confidence to say, “you know what? I’m going to make this my job.”
