Marketing Coordinator
The Ontario Craft Brewers are an industry association representing 30 small micro brewers from across Ontario. Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in executing key components of an integrated Industry marketing plan which includes Advertising, PR, Web, Viral Marketing and other key elements. This is one year full time contract position with the possibility of renewing the contract after successful completion of the year 1 mandate.
The successful candidate would be required to work from a home office (80% of time) and attend meetings as needed to execute the program requirements (20% of time)

- Strong project management skills & 'best of class' organization skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects with competing timeframes
- Proven capacity to work independently and self motivate to deliver program metrics on budget/on time with limited Sr. Counsel/support.
- Strong track record for managing cross functional teams with diverse backgrounds and leveraging strategic influencing skills to deliver project results while maintaining team support.
- Excellent written, verbal and analytical skills a must
- Experience working in an Industry Association setting with multiple stakeholders a strong asset (but not mandatory)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience working with Agencies an asset
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree in Business (marketing preferred) or related College Diploma a must.
- 1-2 years 'hands on' experience in a Marketing related role
- Demonstrated experience executing Marketing Plans against established objectives, strategies, and program metrics.
- Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends, evenings as needed (in peak periods) to deliver against the Marketing Plan deadlines.
- Strong interest and passion for developing expertise in 'The Craft Beer Experience'
The candidate would be required to set up/work from a home office.
